Extremely nice work you got there. The chopper definitely looks Flashpoint ready, with all that cockpit detail.
Especially for images your going to put on Moddb I would recommend keeping the Render quality high. Shadows, Catmull-Rom, Ray Tracing etc. My 2 cents...

I'm a bit of render n00b, so I've been doing pretty plain renders (like the RPG-29). However, your right that render quality matters, its something I hoping to have some free time to work on over the summer.

If you want I can post some images (4 tutorial images) a guy from the Eastern Front team posted up. Show the best settings to use, and the ones I usually have in my renders.
Good free rendering program also is Kerkythea, all though that requires i think a bit of learning and messing around, a lot of settings. But, some very nice looks and quality.
If you have MSN, Xfire, Aim. Skype, TS, Vent etc. etc. I can give you a hand/send you a scene to show you settings I use, and lighting.

My Xfire is ryujin88, I'd appreciate any useful stuff you could send.

I am very render savvy. Anything you need just holler.
Catmul rom would better reflect an untextured model. Standard ray tracing with a light tracer, as seen on my Glock, will suffice.

I think I noticed on your renders lol . Though I do want to see what this Kerkythea program Dragon93 mentioned is all about (I'm always looking for those neat little programs that speed things up).

Speeding things up is fine, but rendering is all about work flow. If you cant make a render scene and render in less than 10 minutes your wasting your time. Especially when it comes to actual production for a company.
Take a look at the links I posted on the private threads, you can see all the rendering tuts I have there.
Reading those will lead to EXCELLENT render production, with proper work flow in mind.
